  • A: We never present your résumé, LinkedIn profile, or identifying details to a client without a live discussion and your written consent. All candidate files are stored in an encrypted ATS that meets SOC 2 / ISO 27001 controls. If you upload a résumé through our site, it routes directly into that secure system—no email attachments sitting on local drives.

  • A: No. Artemis is retained by the hiring company. All placement fees, reference checks, and background investigations are employer-funded. Candidate coaching (résumé, interview prep, salary guidance) is included at no cost during an active search.

  • A: For retained C-suite searches:

    • Week 1–3 – shortlist & initial Zoom interviews

    • Week 4–5 – panel interviews and assessments

    • Week 6–7 – finalist presentation, reference checks, and offer negotiation
      Interim roles can close in under 10 days. Timelines flex based on client availability and your schedule.

  • A: Construction, Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, Legal, Logistics, Manufacturing & Distribution, Marketing, Oil & Gas, Private Equity, Renewable Energy, Supply Chain, and Technology. Roles outside these verticals are considered when they match our leadership network.

  • A: Absolutely. Roughly 40 % of our executive hires involve relocation stipends; another 30 % are hybrid or fully remote. Indicate your geographic flexibility in the application notes so we can include you in the widest set of searches.

  • A: Yes, provided you meet visa or work-authorization requirements for the hiring country. We regularly place leaders in the U.S., Canada, EU, and APAC. If sponsorship is required, it will be stated in the job description.

  • A: CAP focuses on leadership development—brand positioning, executive presence, and network expansion. Graduates receive priority visibility when new searches open and often gain access to unlisted roles through our alumni network.

  • A: In your résumé upload, select the “Interim / Fractional” checkbox or note it in your cover message. Our interim desk pulls from a separate pipeline and responds within 48 hours when a contract assignment matches your skill set.

  • A: Current median base salaries (excluding bonuses/equity) in our placements:

    • CEO: $325–450 K

    • CFO: $275–400 K

      Exact packages vary by industry, revenue size, and location; total compensation often includes bonus targets of 25–100 % and LTIPs or equity.
