How and Why We Use Personal Data

Service Delivery and Contract Fulfilment

To match candidates with client mandates, schedule interviews, process payments, and provide client and candidate portals.

RingCentral Voice and SMS Communications

To send interview reminders, event alerts, and urgent service notices via our VoIP and messaging platform.

Mobile Data and SMS Consent (TCPA/RingCentral Compliance)

We send SMS only to numbers that have opted in via web form, written agreement, or keyword reply.

Marketing texts require separate documented consent.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance or visit our contact page.

We do not sell or share SMS-consent data. Standard carrier rates apply.

Marketing

  • With Your Consent — any sharing not covered above

We do not sell Personal Data for monetary consideration. We do not "share" Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you reside outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and stored in the U.S. and possibly other jurisdictions.
