  • RingCentral Services – the VoIP, SMS/MMS, fax, and call-routing tools we use to communicate.

Sources include information you provide directly, publicly available sources (e.g., LinkedIn), automated collection via cookies or similar technologies, and third-party service providers acting on our behalf.

3. How and Why We Use Personal Data

  • Service Delivery and Contract Fulfilment – to match candidates with client mandates, schedule interviews, process payments, and provide client/candidate portals.

  • RingCentral Voice & SMS Communications – to send interview reminders, event alerts, and urgent service notices.

    • Mobile Data and SMS Consent (TCPA/RingCentral Compliance)

      • We send SMS only to numbers that have opted in via web form, written agreement, or keyword reply.

      • Marketing texts require separate documented consent.

      • We do not sell or share SMS-consent data. Standard carrier rates apply.

  • Marketing – to send newsletters, event invitations, and similar communications if you have consented or where allowed by law.

  • Legal and Compliance Obligations – to satisfy applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and vendor audits.

  • Business Transfers – in connection with mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, or financing.

  • Legal Authorities – when required by law or court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.

  • With Your Consent – any sharing not covered above.

We do not sell Personal Data for monetary consideration.

6. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you reside outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and stored in the U.S. and possibly other jurisdictions.
